This new patented machine adopt Germany Bosch Rexroth Servo motor
type, it is designed for most cardboard length and solved the
slotting problem of overlength cardboard.
Main Characteristic
Vector servo system completes the function of arranging knives, the
order will be changed in 3-5 seconds. It can connect other
electronic products and scan the bar code for order changing.
All transmission rollers are made of high-quality steel, hard
chrome plated and ground.
The machine adopt high precision gear, tooth grinding process, it
is made of 20CrMoTi. The hardness is 55 to 60 degree. It has high
strength and stable wear resistance.
The key free connection is adopted between the gear and each
transmission roller to ensure the seamless connection between the
roller and the gear to ensure the chromatic accuracy.
Two hands need to hold on the start button in order to start the
machine, which ensured the safety of the operators.
When the equipment is powered on, standby, and running, there are
indicator lights (LED two colors indicator).
The whole machine is using international established brands, such
as Grmany Bosch Rexroth, Vector Servo row tool, FATEK Taiwan,
Siemens Germany.
The main motor is using AC Variable frequency speed regulating,
frequency converter adopts shenzhen Invt.
