Structure features

1. Cardboard conveyor VFD control system:

VFD control,conveyor belt transport;keep same speed as cardboard output speed automatically.

2. Automatic collect,and automatic count. Automatic collect and count,stack quantity as order set and auto change next order.

3. Feeding platform system Feeding platform adopt AC servo motor control up and down,It can be steady,quick accurate and tidily stack.

4. Back gauge cardboard positioning system AC servo motor control automatically fixed position,quick and accurate change order according to paperboard size.

5. Transverse output adopt inverter control system.Transverse output is controlled by inverter,auto stack and output when stacking quantity up to set order.

6. Cardboard splicing bracket: Stacking height:use for 300mm/600mm stacker;easy to operate and use.

7. Cardboard automatic feeder system( used for slicing height: 1500mm;)

VFD motor control;auto transverse output paperboard into splicing platform.

8. Paperboard output and ground transportation systems.( used for slicing height: 1500mm;)

Variable motor device control paper output;automatic delivery to ground transport aircraft.
